Steven Anderson received his early thespian training under Barbara
Wesner at Spring Valley High School in Columbia, South Carolina. He
continued his acting career with the Armed Forces Radio & Television
Service including a stint as a award-winning AFRTS DJ in Turkey. He
returned to the US and moved to commercial radio. Steve moved to
California in the mid 1980s and found minor success as a songwriter,
but began to appear on television and in films. His first credited role
was in the Ann Jillian show. He also appeared in the Grifters, Shag,
Hot Shots Part Deux, Cop-Rock and Equal Justice. After leaving LA, he
moved to New England to write for the World Wrestling Federation,
becoming one of the first character oriented writers, penning
back-stories for fan favorites such as the Bushwackers. He moved to the
promotion side of the industry in the late 1990s and in 2004,
semi-retired to the Gulf Coast of Florida.
